This position involves direct interaction with various departments, including sales, planning, engineering, production, and quality to ensure that the factory's production processes are accurately reflected in our systems. The key responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy of criteria and execution of product costs (material, labor, factory overhead, etc.), monitoring and updating standard costs compared to actual costs and the moving average cost of materials, creating budgets, supporting, coordinating, and driving the planning process to ensure accuracy and efficiency, conducting month-end tasks such as cost reallocation and provision control, performing monthly internal controls, detailed analysis for improvement, and financial results review, participating in the annual physical inventory and providing analysis and explanation of fluctuations in inventory balances, interacting frequently with stakeholders in Headquarters and corporate departments in the country and the region, and helping identify and implement process improvements and automation to optimize efficiency. A professional degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields is required, along with fluency in English.
