Job Title: Direct Channel Specialist

Join Hotelbeds Group, a leading technology partner in the travel industry, as a Direct Channel Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and driving sales growth through online marketing optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute sales targets with clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales and service quality metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for account optimization and develop action plans to maximize revenue.
  • Advise clients on online marketing trends and best practices.
  • Implement new value-added products and services for clients.
  • Meet client needs and coordinate with internal teams to resolve requests.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and increase loyalty through regular communication and site visits.
Requirements:
  • Analytical and rigorous mindset to analyze control KPIs and detect trends.
  • Commercial and proactive approach to client needs and sales growth.
  • Interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends and online marketing tools.
  • Expertise in ROIBACK tools and products, with ability to teach clients.
