Technical Architect Lead

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software development with expertise in C#/.NET, honed in agile methodology environments.
- At least 5 years of experience as a technical leader, demonstrating a capacity for project initiation, decomposing and explaining the solution to team members, delivery responsibility, and technically supporting a development team.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, including containers, relational and no relational databases, and cost optimization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conducting technical sessions, demonstrations, and addressing technical challenges in projects, with both internal teams and external partners/customers.
