Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled US Corporate Tax Accountant to join our financial operations team. The ideal candidate will be a CPA or Enrolled Agent with extensive experience preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns, particularly IRS Forms 1120 and 5472.
Key Responsibilities- Tax Preparation & Review: Prepare and review corporate tax returns, including IRS Forms 1120 and 5472.

- Compliance: Ensure all filings comply with current tax laws and regulations.
- Tax Strategy: Provide advice on tax strategies and identify opportunities for tax savings.
- Documentation: Maintain organized and accurate tax records for internal and client use.
- Certification: CPA or Enrolled Agent (required).
- Experience: Proven experience in preparing and reviewing IRS Forms 1120 and 5472; knowledge of Forms 1065 and 5471 is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency with Lacerte tax software is preferred; strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in reviewing and preparing tax returns.
