About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team at AgileEngine. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and growth of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, customers, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to define and deliver product features and functionality.
  • Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business goals and customer needs.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify opportunities, and drive product growth.
  • Develop and manage product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of delivering successful products.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales.
  • Strong technical knowledge, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform product decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Upper-intermediate English language proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
  • Knowledge of data tools, such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Experience with SEO and WordPress.
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
  • Focus on customers and improving the product with their feedback.
