We are seeking a Service Experience Manager to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional support to our platinum members. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will foster positive client relationships and drive sales campaigns for platinum members.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for client success, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach. They will also have experience managing a high-volume inbox, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and executing marketing campaigns.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Foster positive client relationships through regular communication and timely support
  • Deliver clear, helpful, and timely support to platinum clients, aiming for a 90% retention rate
  • Efficiently set up and deploy sales campaigns for platinum members, requiring a proactive approach and commitment to helping clients grow their business

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years in a client-facing or customer success role, preferably in a fast-paced digital industry
  • Proven experience managing a high-volume inbox, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, offering thoughtful, solution-oriented support
