Salary & Benefits

Job Responsibilities
- Contractual drafting, reviewing and negotiating; including employment agreements, lease contracts, supplier agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements/Confidentiality Agreements, software licenses, & Data Processing Agreements.
- Using standard contract templates to prepare/agree other agreements (e.g. Service Terms and Conditions, subcontracts, consultancy, agency, and reseller agreement).
- Checking terms of standard agreements against Company policy and terms of standard forms.
- Advising the organization on labor law, commercial and legal aspects of transactions and negotiating with counterparty legal, commercial and procurement teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years' experience as a corporate lawyer.
- Good knowledge of corporate and commercial law; labor law, real estate, employment and data protection law considered an asset.
- Possess a Legal Degree; Master considered an asset.
- Very good command of English language (other language/s an advantage).
