The Role

Ensures that the operational and IT & financial processes supporting the business are properly monitored and executed. Supports the process owners and line management to meet their control posture targets in a sustainable and continuously improving manner. Recognized as the compliance assurance leader by the Global Process Owner (GPO) and Country Process Owners (CPO) across the business. Involved in the development and deployment of Geography (IOT) or Global Process strategies/initiatives and associated internal control programs, as well as external and internal audits and certifications. Provides expert advice and counsel to senior professionals and executive management. Performs compliance operations over controls that are associated with the organizations policies and practices. Creates audit readiness awareness with relevant education and best practice sharing across the globe. Maintains audit readiness of the business with deliverables like multiple tests across operations, IT delivery and regulatory compliance space. Conducts Internal inspections for IT Delivery, CRM and Operations. Educates, guides and supports account during internal and external audits, external certifications, client 3rd party audits, etc. Leads peer reviews as a specialists. Investigates and cascades lessons learned and the identified root causes. Acts as a liaison with process owners and accountable line management to develop and implement future improvement.

Required Skills and Experience

2 years of experience or more in any of the mentioned areas:

- Experience in monitoring and executing operational, IT, and financial processes
- Ability to support process owners and line management to meet control posture targets sustainably and continuously improve
- Recognized as a compliance assurance leader by Global Process Owner (GPO) and Country Process Owners (CPO) across the business
- Involvement in the development and deployment of Geography (IOT) or Global Process strategies/initiatives and associated internal control programs
- Experience with internal and external audits and certifications

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- And/or Master Certified Technical Specialist
