Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust software applications using Ruby on Rails. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer requirements.

Your primary focus will be on coding, ensuring that your work adheres to the highest standards of quality, performance, and scalability. You will also contribute to code reviews, provide feedback to junior team members, and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Ruby on Rails;
  • Strong skills in Ruby programming, including familiarity with its syntax, semantics, and best practices;
  • Experience with React or other front-end frameworks is a plus;
  • Leadership skills: experience leading small teams and client-facing interactions;
  • Advanced English language skills (B2 and above) to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients;
