Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced data management professional to take on a leadership role in our organization. As a Principal Clinical Data Science Lead, you will be responsible for managing data management teams, studies, and programs under the general direction of the Senior Manager/Director of Data Management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage fast-moving early phase studies or programs to ensure project objectives are met within budget and timelines.
  • Lead a global team of clinical data management resources.
  • Provide input into CRF design, protocol review, edit check specifications, data entry conventions, monitoring guidelines, and study-related documents.
  • Maintain, clean, and lock EDC study databases.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of clinical data management experience in a Clinical Research Organization or Pharmaceutical company.
  • 3+ years of experience leading studies with key responsibilities for study set-up and close-out tasks.
  • Phase I study experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Rave CDMS strongly preferred, along with other preferred systems like Inform, Oracle Clinical, OCRDC, or UX EDC.
  • Highly computer literate, including strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, as well as project management aptitude.
  • Bachelor's degree or local equivalent in a scientific field, or equivalent experience.
Estimated Annual Salary: $120,000 - $180,000Benefits
