Project Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Educator to join our Oxbridge International School team in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for planning and teaching daily classes to students aged 4-12, maintaining accurate academic records, and performing other duties assigned by the Head of the School.

Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons to students aged 4-12, promoting deep learning and academic excellence.
2. Develop and maintain accurate academic records, grades, and lesson plans.
3. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive school environment.
4. Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of the School, in line with the school's vision and values.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
2. Minimum 4 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting.
3. Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
4. A portfolio of your teaching experience and student achievements would be a plus.
