We are seeking a highly skilled Print Creative Designer to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our production hub, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance in both digital and print domains, creating and optimizing design execution processes for different client environments, and ensuring optimal delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance in digital and print domains
  • Create and optimize design execution processes for client environments
  • Work closely with the Creative Director on strategic goals and deliver innovative creative solutions
  • Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of print production processes
  • Prepare files and oversee print runs
  • Conceptualize and create innovative designs and enhanced imagery across various media platforms
  • Collaborate effectively within a team and promote a positive, productive working environment
Requirements
  • Highly skilled in InDesign and Photoshop production across print and digital
  • Proficiency in additional design tools such as Figma, XD, Sketch, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous work ethic
  • Extensive experience in layout and final file delivery specifications for print and digital media
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote, Figma
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
