About the Role

Auxis is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective processing of accounting transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and reconcile financial transactions in accordance with established service levels and contractual requirements.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of process documentation for customers.
  • Support the core monthly activities in the finance and accounting area, including journal entries, ledgers, and other records.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and customer policies and controls.
  • Support improvement initiatives aimed at gaining efficiency in the account.
  • Meet with the assigned training and development plan.

Requirements

  • English – Spanish Language (Oral and writing 80% or higher), (B2 or above).
  • Technical Degree in Finance or Accounting, or current student of a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or a related field.
  • General knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Experience Level: No experience, technical school.
