About the RoleWe're seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team, responsible for shaping the user experience and interface of our applications. As a Product Designer, you will work across the entire product, collaborating with engineers, sales executives, and product owners to drive the long-term strategy and future of our product.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user-centered solutions
- Lead user research initiatives to gain a deep understanding of our customers and photographers
- Design and develop intuitive and visually appealing interfaces
- Work closely with designers and engineers to develop and maintain our design system
- Present design work to product and company leadership
- Contribute to the development of an engineering culture built on rapid iteration and continuous improvement
- 4+ years of experience in rapidly growing startups and fast-paced product teams
- Excellent English communication skills and experience working with English-speaking teams
- Experience working with Figma
- Ability to derive insights from qualitative and quantitative data
- Autonomy and self-direction
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
