International agency focusing on creating innovative eCommerce & web solutions is looking for a new project manager to join the team eCommerce is the fastest growing industry since the pandemic hit & we focus on helping clients get successful online brands. With us, you will work in a fast-paced environment learning about many different industries. We are looking for an EXPERIENCED designer who has experience with eCommerce & CRO.

Responsibilities

  1. Create detailed wireframes with best User Experience in mind
  2. Create mockup designs for developers to make a reality
  3. Analyzing best UX for the product/brand
  4. MUST have a good English level for client calls
  5. Identify and resolve brand CRO challenges
  6. Strategize with team on best sales strategy for store

What we look for

  1. Bachelor's degree in business or design
  2. Proven design experience (at least 2+ years)
  3. Ability to work on multiple projects at a time
  4. Calm, organized work manner
  5. Experience working with remote teams
  6. Experience working with Asana, Trello, Jira, Clickup or Monday
  7. Strong skills in understanding buying behaviour

Bonus If...

  1. Another European language
  2. You have experience designing Shopify stores
  3. You have a background in eCommerce (managing, owning, selling etc)
  4. You have a background in marketing
