As a Manager in our team, you will lead, coach, and develop a group of talented individuals who deliver outstanding customer experiences.

**Job Description**

A successful Manager at Apple leads by example, actively participating in customer interactions throughout the store to drive performance goals and business priorities. You will work closely with your team to execute strategies and deliver on company objectives. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team, developing each member's skills, and empowering them to achieve their goals.
  • Recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
  • Addressing customer and team member concerns, and partnering with leadership and key business partners when needed.
  • Driving business priorities and achieving store performance goals through operational strategies.
  • Maintaining company policies and procedures, and protecting confidential information.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (sign language supported).
  • Experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field.
