The Role
">As a Senior Brand Marketing Director, you will develop and implement global strategies for social channels (brand guidelines, content, posting), monitor and review content metrics, engagement, reach, etc., and focus on Talent Acquisition goals: candidate engagement, candidate attraction, talent sourcing, and effectiveness. You will also lead periodic content reviews for job ads, job descriptions, and regional content, coordinate photoshoots and video, mentor regional designers, create special ad campaigns, and contribute to the brand strategy for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and review channels (Indeed, Glassdoor).
Key Responsibilities
">Develop and execute global strategy for social channels (brand guidelines, content, posting)
Monitor and review content metrics, engagement, reach, etc.
Foster a strong employer brand that attracts top talent and drives business results
Lead periodic content reviews for job ads, job descriptions, and regional content
Coordinate photoshoots and video production
Mentor regional designers and creative teams
Create special ad campaigns and promotional materials
Contribute to the brand strategy for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and review channels (Indeed, Glassdoor)
Requirements
">A minimum salary of $80,000 per year, with a range up to $120,000 based on experience
Strong written and oral English communication skills
Experience in content creation, digital marketing, graphic design, employer branding, brand marketing, reputation management, and talent acquisition/recruiting operations
A thorough understanding of sourcing and recruiting metrics and KPIs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to build solid relationships with various personalities and skill levels
