Como Business Intelligence & Insights Lead , serás responsable de desarrollar e implementar estrategias de inteligencia de negocio que proporcionen a GSK Colombia datos precisos y procesables. Esto incluye la elaboración de informes internos y análisis de mercado para facilitar la toma decisiones críticas.

También será responsable de garantizar la calidad, integridad y precisión de los datos en toda la compañía. Analizar los datos internos y externos que afectan al negocio. Sera el responsable de analizar datos de los HCPs todos los puntos de contacto/canales (por ejemplo, correos electrónicos/ WhatsApp/ llamadas/ medios sociales/F2F, etc.) para obtener una visión 360° del comportamiento del HCP y las preferencias de canal. Serás responsable del proceso de incentivos y reconocimiento de la fuerza de ventas, asegurando una correcta metodología para los cálculos.

Responsabilidades Clave:
  1. Business Intelligence: Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de inteligencia de negocio alineadas con los objetivos organizacionales, estableciendo KPIs clave para medir el rendimiento.
  2. Análisis de Datos: Recopilar y analizar datos del mercado para extraer insights significativos para facilitar la toma decisiones críticas.
  3. Informes y Dashboards: Crear informes estandarizados y personalizados que proporcionen a la gerencia información relevante a través de dashboards y visualizaciones.
  4. Calidad de Datos: Promover políticas de gobernanza de datos y asegurar la integridad y precisión de la información en toda la organización.
  5. Colaboración entre equipos: Actuar como enlace entre los equipos comerciales y financieros, asegurando que las necesidades analíticas se alineen con los objetivos de negocio.
  6. Efectividad de la Fuerza de Ventas: Implementar programas de incentivos de ventas que estén alineados con la estrategia de negocio y optimizar la segmentación y el targeting de HCPs.
  7. Liderazgo de Equipo: Gestionar y guiar al equipo a cargo, gestionando los talentos y las motivaciones del equipo.
¿Porque tu? Tus cualificaciones
  • Título en Ingenieria sistemas/Industrial/Marketing, Matemáticas Aplicadas, Estadística o campos afines.
  • Más de 8 años de experiencia, con al menos 5 años en análisis y BI.
  • Habilidades analíticas fuertes y capacidad para comunicar información compleja de manera efectiva.
  • Gran capacidad analítica y pensamiento estratégico.
  • Manejo de personas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con eficacia e influir en múltiples funciones y niveles.
  • Familiaridad y dominio de los procesos y sistemas de Business Intelligence.
