Responsibilities:

  • To provide third-level support to distributors, including on-site installations, diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex instruments and systems.
  • To develop and implement educational programs that enable distributors to perform routine technical repairs, updates, retrofits, PMs, product enhancements, and record-keeping.
  • To design and deliver training programs for distributor engineering teams on proper instrument operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • To serve as a liaison between the company and distributors, fostering open communication and resolving issues efficiently.
  • To collaborate with sales counterparts to address distributor concerns, updates, and lead generation opportunities.
