About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Analyst to join our team at Motorola Solutions. As a Program Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining critical workflows and operational activities within our Video Security and Access business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with partners on current status and compliance of reporting requirements
  • Subject matter expert on the point sale and inventory data collections tools and processes
  • Create and manage the dissemination of data and reports for use by other MSI teams and the partner community
  • Manage changes and updates to processes and support materials for use by internal and external audiences
  • Interface with the MSI channel management and channel sales organizations on metrics or issues needing resolution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • English proficiency is required. Portuguese professional proficiency is desirable
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in business analytics
  • Proficiency in G Suite productivity tools, such as Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms and Hangouts Meet is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI is desirable
  • Results-driven professional, skilled in analytical problem-solving and strategic decision-making
