We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for recruiting highly qualified candidates for entry to senior-level positions across the public and private sectors, both in Colombia and the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates using all available resources and databases
- Qualify job vacancies with clients and create a tailor-made recruitment process
- Manage a portfolio of clients and build professional relationships
- Conduct interviews and represent job opportunities to candidates
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and candidates
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Minimum 4 years of Recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting on the Colombian and the U.S. markets
- Solid understanding of office-based roles
