Key Responsibilities- Create a user-focused testing environment for applications used by millions daily
- Develop and maintain high-quality standards that ensure the application is scalable and reusable
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to enhance user acceptance testing
- Manage defects in agile environments
- Keep documentation updated
- Create and execute functional tests (smoke, end-to-end, exploratory, etc.)
- Establish test criteria and analyze business requirements
- Perform risk analysis
- Willingness to learn automation testing tools
- Experience testing web applications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Self-driven and proactive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Capability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to new technologies
- Strong understanding of AGILE methodologies and practices
- Solid grasp of QA methodologies, including planning and strategy
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. FindJobIT offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Technologies UsedThe successful candidate will have experience with Postman, Newman, Webdriver, Protractor, TestNG, Maven, Testcafe, Nightwatch, and Jira, all within DevOps practices like CI/CD.
