Kanini is looking for a QA Lead Engineer who has deep experience in leading regression/integration testing, automation teams, and web and cloud applications testing efforts while also being hands-on for critical testing projects.
- Minimum of 8 - 10 years of QA automation experience with 4 - 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong experience testing APIs and databases.
- Experience with creating UAT scripts for end users of business entities.
- Demonstrated working understanding of Scrum/Agile/SAFe methodologies and defect management processes.
- Experience in daily test reporting/monitoring and identifying risks.
- Fluent with bug and defect lifecycles.
- Demonstrated working understanding of database testing skills like writing simple queries to validate the data.
- Ability to mentor QA teams and assign work.
- Should have a strong balance of technical skills and a proven history of good work across large-scale applications.
- Strong communication skills regarding technical topics and remote collaboration skills are critical to this role.
- Eager to leverage experience and learn new ways of delivering QA performance.
