We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of HR data management analysts at Scotiabank. As a Data Management Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the timely execution of employee event data changes, ensuring compliance with standard procedures and service level agreements.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Providing guidance to HR data Analysts on processing employee and job data changes in accordance with standard processes and related performance targets.
- Coaching Analysts on complex employee inquiries, resolving escalated issues, and providing coverage for overflow work when necessary.
- Developing and implementing plans to achieve team objectives aligned to unit goals and KPIs, prioritizing workload and realigning resources as needed to optimize results and throughput.
In this role, you will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on team performance, identifying process gaps, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to develop solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and leadership abilities, are essential for success in this position.
A bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources and relevant experience in customer service, team leadership, and data management are preferred qualifications for this role. Knowledge of employee data administration, HR transactions, and conflict resolution are also valuable assets.
