As a highly skilled Talent Administrator & Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the talent acquisition process. This role is full-time and remote, with a work schedule that ensures timely completion of tasks.

Job Description

The Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator is responsible for facilitating logistical and recruitment activities to service a particular client program or teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with recruitment and interview processes
  • Completing phone interviews and documenting candidate responses
  • Developing interview schedules and updating candidate statues in recruitment systems

Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling complex phone, video, and in-person interviews, executing the offer process, and coordinating background, medical, and reference checks.
