FiltaGlobal is seeking an experienced Financial Services Coordinator to support the financial operations of our clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our clients' financial processes.

About the Job

Your primary responsibilities will include handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll Processing, and Bookkeeping. You will report to a team based in New Orleans, USA, working closely with international colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP), including vendor invoices and bill payments.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.
  • Handle Payroll Processing, verifying hours, coordinating with payroll providers, and updating deductions.
  • Maintain accurate financial records by categorizing transactions in QuickBooks.
  • Monitor and manage AP & AR Aging Reports, ensuring they remain up to date.
  • Assist with tax and compliance tracking, including 1099 vendor reporting.
  • Utilize Excel-based Process Accelerators (PAs) to streamline journal entry calculations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting operations, including AP, AR, and payroll.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (must be willing to obtain ProAdvisor certification).
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently 80% of the time after training.
  • English proficiency C1.
