We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient flow, and contributing to the success of our chiropractic clinic.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent services to members and patients
• Managing patient flow and ensuring a smooth experience
• Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
• Re-engaging inactive members and promoting our services
• Staying updated on membership options, packages, and promotions
• Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating positive relationships with team members
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
• Confidently presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
• Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures, and direction
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool
