Mission

Craft compelling and persuasive copy that aligns with the brand's voice, enhances customer engagement, and drives conversions across various marketing channels.

Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality copy for diverse platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
  • Develop concepts and copy for marketing campaigns that contribute to brand positioning and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure copy aligns with visual and strategic campaign objectives.
  • Regularly test new copywriting techniques and strategies to optimize content effectiveness, aiming for continuous improvement in audience engagement.
Requirements
  • Copy or Creative Experience
    • More than 3 years of experience working within creative or marketing teams.
    • Experience developing concepts, messaging strategy, and copy for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Preferably with experience in marketing, startups, or fintech industries.
  • Writing Skills
    • Familiarity with best practices for crafting and elevating copy quality across channels and formats.
    • Exceptional ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy.
    • Strong command of language, tone, and style, adaptable to different audiences and marketing channels.
  • Creativity and Innovation
    • Understanding of various marketing goals, channels, formats, and adapting copy for each.
    • Creativity in conceptualizing impactful, relevant content.
    • Ability to generate fresh ideas for new content and adapt old ideas to new formats.
  • Attention to Detail
    • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in grammar, messaging, and brand voice.
  • Adaptability and Learning
    • Ability to receive and integrate feedback effectively.
    • Willingness to learn from analytics and adapt writing styles to meet changing market and audience demands.
