The Sales Insights, Analytics, and Data Science team at Amazon is seeking a highly skilled individual to drive business growth through data-driven decision making.
About the RoleThis position is responsible for leveraging large data sets using SQL and AWS native tools to build scalable analytics products. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and project management skills to work with key stakeholders and business partners, understand requirements, and deliver analytics products that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain large-scale data analysis and reporting solutions using AWS native tools and SQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions that drive revenue growth.
- Design and implement automated mechanisms for internal planning and data analysis to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or related field.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
