- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HCP, medical institutions, and payors.
- Develop and implement programs to accelerate technology adoption across different stakeholders.
- Drive innovation in the region, partnering with the global team and subregions.
- Monitor and track usage and utilization of equipment in different markets.
- Responsible for offering the right training and education programs for the Region.
- Define strategic priorities for the Regulatory team to complete the portfolio in the Region.
- Responsible to define the Manual Allocation priorities when needed.
- Responsible for talent development within his/her team.
This role requires a broad management knowledge to lead project teams in one department. The ideal candidate will have mastery-level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline, with a broad understanding of other areas within the job function.
Requirements include a Baccalaureate degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with 5+ years of managerial experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and 5+ years of managerial experience.
