About the Role
As a Senior Java Developer, you'll lead advanced backend development projects for our esteemed clients, potentially in the fintech sector. Key Responsibilities- Design and implement complex Java-based solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and scalability
- Develop and troubleshoot backend systems without relying on pre-existing frameworks, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and ensure a cohesive user experience
- Ensure the scalability and security of applications, protecting sensitive data and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
- Maintain and enhance existing codebases, ensuring they remain up-to-date and aligned with the latest industry standards
- Other duties as assigned by senior management
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Java development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions
- Proficient in Java with the ability to work independently of frameworks, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and growth
- Experience with fintech projects is a significant advantage, but not a requirement
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable solutions
- Excellent team collaboration and communication abilities, with a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong English skills (C1), with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
