Salary Information

Job Description

Website Development Expertise

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites that meet client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Create concept pages, the scope of work documents, and time estimates.
  • Develop custom themes and plugins to enhance website functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of website components.

Ongoing Responsibilities

  • Optimize website performance, including page load speed and mobile responsiveness.
  • Implement and customize third-party integrations.
  • Perform website updates, backups, and security enhancements.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure website functionality and compatibility across different browsers and devices.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Senior WordPress Website Designer & Developer with 5 years of experience.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with clients via Zoom and Trello boards in English.
  • Ability to manage junior website developers.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Additional Details

  • Location: Full-time position (40 hours/week) with a long-term US-based company.
  • Off-shore applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Working Hours: 8 am - 5 pm CDT. Mon - Fri.
