Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic guidance and support to customers in the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA and Ariba solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of customers' procurement processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement customized procurement solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer.
- Develop and deliver training programs to customers on the effective use of SAP S/4HANA and Ariba solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement solutions with other business processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
- 4-8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Ariba solutions, including implementation, configuration, and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 30% for customer-facing roles.
- Additional certifications in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience with other SAP solutions, such as SAP Fieldglass or SAP Concur.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
