Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategies to ready our products and services for the evolving security needs of our customers. This includes supporting the Product Cyber Assurance Manager in building the cybersecurity market enablement program for products deployed at customer sites.
- Support the implementation of the program to meet evolving market requirements for security expected by customers, with an emphasis on compliance to NIST SP 800-53.
- Partner with the sales team to identify market opportunities and create a revenue-prioritized funnel of products & services to be taken through the market readiness program.
- Guide the prioritization of NIST SP 800-53 gap assessments for identified products.
- Provide project management support partnering with business (engineering & product management), GRC, and Product Security Consultants to enable the development and maintenance of plans of action & milestones (POA&Ms) to address gaps as determined by NIST SP 800-53 gap analysis.
- Accelerate time to market by providing expert guidance and pre-existing knowledge of certifications such as SOC and ISO.
- Reduce compliance costs for the company by creating common practices, processes, and procedures that can be developed once, and used many times across many products & services.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field.
- At least upper-intermediate level of English.
- Experience in communicating to senior-level stakeholders.
- Expert knowledge in industry frameworks, including NIST 800-53, SOC, and ISO, and auditing/assessing against them.
- Experience working with and coordinating across global, cross-functional teams.
- Certification in CISSP, CISM, or equivalent (preferred, not required).
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. We also offer training and education opportunities to help you grow in your career.
