Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient business processes for error corrections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance encounter acceptance rates.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or 3+ years of experience in Medicare and/or Medicaid claims processing or auditing.
  2. 2+ years of leadership, coaching, and/or team leadership experience.
  3. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make sound business decisions.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
