Digital Media Planner

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team at BruntWork. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
This role requires a combination of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and creativity to deliver impactful results for our clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital advertising strategies across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and YouTube to meet client goals and budgets.
You will optimize campaigns for performance by leveraging audience insights, A/B testing, and platform analytics. Collaboration with internal teams is key to aligning advertising efforts with broader marketing strategies, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute media plans across multiple channels (traditional and digital) to meet client objectives and budgets.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and account teams to ensure alignment of messaging and strategy across all media.
- Manage the entire media buying process, including negotiating rates, securing placements, and ensuring accurate execution.
- Monitor and analyze media performance to provide ongoing optimization recommendations.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with media vendors and partners to identify new opportunities and innovations in media placements.
- Prepare and present detailed media plans, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in media planning, advertising strategy, and media buying.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel digital media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of media planning tools, techniques, and analytics.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client and vendor relationships.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven, with strong analytical skills to assess and optimize campaign performance.
