We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team as a Specialist in Urology and Gynecology Sales. This role involves promoting Astellas products and services to physicians, medical personnel, and non-medical stakeholders within assigned geographies.

Purpose and Scope:

  • Ensure the achievement of sales goals in territory by promoting Astellas products and services.
  • Educate customers on the use, characteristics, advantages, and developments related to promoted products.
  • Represent Astellas professionally in the field and ensure high levels of visibility and customer satisfaction in territory.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Plan, maximize, and develop demand for assigned territory and key accounts.
  • Create business plans for each key account to help the company reach its goals.
  • Collaborate in developing new businesses and building long-term relationships with key actors in the system.
  • Maintain regular contact with account holders to continue and/or expand their accounts.
  • Work closely with other colleagues, managers, and higher-ups to ensure satisfied clients receive proper goods or services.
  • Identify patient journeys in key IPSs and health programs as part of the business plan.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of client needs and requirements to develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Promote and educate targeted physicians on the use of Astellas products through one-on-one meetings and presentations.
  • Focus on sharing environmental perspectives to create new strategies with different Astellas areas.

Required Qualifications:

  • BA degree.
  • Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical/healthcare promotional and key accounts management experience (minimum 4 years).
  • Minimum 2 years of product experience in Urology or Gynecology.
  • Expertise in healthcare systems and knowledge of mapping critical institutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales processes, pharmaceutical products, and industry.
  • Understanding of clinical selling approaches and complex data-driven markets.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and proactive attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and extensive travel required.
