- Provide management leadership and support to ensure excellent service level and quality.
- Help the team develop cost reduction strategies, drive cost savings projects, and opportunities with budget owners.
- Act as a thought partner and functional expert.
- Expert on a specific Overhead category and provide recommendations to achieve efficiency targets/goals.
- Lead compliance and controls in the overhead area, ensuring the accuracy and compliance through robust application of policies and procedures.
- Continuously improve the quality and efficiency of Overheads based on best practices.
- Advise on financial implications of business decisions, providing insight.
- Provide regular communication and drive overhead review conversations with various levels of management.
- University/College Degree in finance/business.
- Minimum of 8-9 years working and management experience in a multinational corporate environment.
- Fluent English knowledge.
- Proven ability to impact and influence with effective communication.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Demonstrates integrity, builds and sustains trust through real relationships, and challenges effectively wherever vital.
