The RoleThis role focuses on administrative, logistical, and sourcing functions to optimize hiring efforts across the organization. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by managing key operational processes and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and organized candidate records.
- Generate data and reports to support decision-making and track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health).
- Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Coordinate logistical aspects of the recruitment process, including technical tests, assessments, and travel arrangements if required.
- Assist with candidate sourcing efforts using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data reporting tools and metrics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
