Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations in Colombia and Ecuador. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to support business growth and profitability.
  • Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead high-performance teams and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with regional finance teams, auditors, tax advisors, and government authorities to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Ensure effective treasury management, bank relations, and credit collection processes.
  • Develop and oversee financial policies, procedures, systems, and internal controls to maintain regulatory compliance and optimize performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with local support functions, regional Finance, auditors, tax advisors, government authorities, etc.
  • Assure strategy, planning, change management, governance, business partner relationships, supplier management, and operations for both countries.
  • Oversee Integrated Management System area for both countries assuring processes, mitigating risk, and implementing control for all legal entities.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
