About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Customer Solutions FP&A team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing regional costs and forecasts for Colombia, Latam, and some specific international operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly and monthly financial/operational reports and ad hoc financial analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Financial Modeling: Own and maintain the financial model for Colombia and LatAm operations, and manage its continuous development and improvement.
  • Month-End Process: Manage and own the month-end process in support of Hub FP&A deliverables.
  • Operational Metrics and Labor Forecasts: Connect regularly with other teams to update and maintain operating metrics and labor forecasts across the lines of business.
  • Business Partnerships: Consistently coordinate and collaborate with key business partners to communicate new opportunities for the business as a whole.
  • Annual Operating Plan: Work with team members and other stakeholders to develop the Annual Operating Plan.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and aptitude in financial systems.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and organization.
  • Leadership Qualities: Unquestioned integrity in business practices and interpersonal relationships; courage to do what is right and challenge the status quo; humility and the willingness to be challenged, accept opposing points of view, and learn from others; empathy and respect, recognizing both the struggles and contributions of all team members; and ownership of all aspects of your area of responsibility.
  • Experience and Education: 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or similar roles.
