TP-Link Colombia is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the B2B market.

We are a leading global provider of networking products and solutions, committed to delivering reliable and affordable connectivity solutions for homes and businesses worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert technical consultation and guidance on TP-Link's networking products and solutions.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients in the region of Colombia.
  3. Identify new business opportunities within the B2B market and drive sales growth.
  4. Maximize the value of the long-term relationship through a structured approach to identifying opportunities, aligning solutions with customer needs, and planning specifics to strengthen the account.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar disciplines.
  • At least 5 years' experience developing sales in a corporate channel for technology, telecommunications, and/or networking companies.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills.
  • Availability to work 100% on-site and to travel frequently within the national territory.
