Lead Acquisition Coordinator

Job Purpose:
VGF Management is looking for a Lead Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. The person in this role will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating sales opportunities for the commercial team.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting Strategies: Develop and implement effective prospecting strategies to identify potential clients.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads according to the company's defined criteria.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships with potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the database of potential clients in the company's CRM.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing (preferably in B2B environments).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Results-oriented mindset and negotiation skills.
