Job Purpose:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to join our team. The person in this role will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating sales opportunities for the commercial team. Their primary goal will be to find potential clients through various strategies and channels, ensuring a strong and constantly growing prospect base.

The Lead Generator's mission is to identify and attract potential clients through effective prospecting and lead qualification strategies. This role is essential in strengthening the company's prospect base, ensuring a steady flow of business opportunities that contribute to sales growth and market expansion.

Responsibilities:

  1. Research and generate lists of qualified prospects from various sources (LinkedIn, databases, referrals, etc.).
  2. Contact and nurture prospects through calls, emails, and social media.
  3. Qualify leads according to the company's defined criteria.
  4. Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.
  5. Maintain and update the database of potential clients in the company's CRM.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead acquisition strategies.
  7. Analyze and report key metrics related to lead generation and conversion.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing (preferably in B2B environments).
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Ability to manage multiple prospecting channels (LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calls, etc.).
  4. Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  5. Results-oriented mindset and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
