- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer engagement and marketing strategies .
- Provide ongoing support, training, and best practices to clients and team members.
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) .
- Strong understanding of email marketing automation, lead nurturing, and campaign tracking .
- Experience in client-facing roles , with the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, workflows, automation, and integrations .
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
