Senior Salesforce Solutions Developer

Workana is looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Solutions Developer to take on a technical leadership role within our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading end-to-end implementations, and guiding teams in Salesforce multi-cloud implementations.
We're seeking a highly skilled developer with extensive experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and technical leadership. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce security, RBAC, data governance, and compliance standards, as well as overseeing custom development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Visualforce) and integration strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and best practices.
- Lead end-to-end implementations, ensuring efficiency in data modeling, automation, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce security, RBAC, data governance, and compliance standards.
- Guide teams in Salesforce multi-cloud implementations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical architectures.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development on the Force.com platform.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect & System Architect.
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3+ years in Salesforce architecture or technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, Salesforce APIs).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce multi-cloud environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud.
- Experience with API-led integrations, middleware solutions, and external system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce security, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance best practices.
- Expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, and automated deployments using Salesforce DX, Copado, GitHub, or Jenkins.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and mentoring skills with the ability to guide development teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
