Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for improving the reliability and maintainability of our data platforms, enhancing infrastructure to support ongoing projects, and developing better tooling to support operations and reporting within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve the reliability and maintainability of our data platforms
  • Enhance the infrastructure to support ongoing projects
  • Develop better tooling to support operations and reporting within the organization
  • Implement necessary changes to the underlying infrastructure
  • Focus on improving platform resiliency, ensuring long-term stability and performance
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in software development
  • AWS expertise
  • Proficiency in Java, including experience with services and build systems
  • Familiarity with Gitlab or Github for version control and collaboration
  • Good command of algorithms and data structures
  • Upper-Intermediate English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with distributed systems
  • Knowledge of C, C++, or Rust programming languages
  • SQL or query languages
  • GUI frameworks
