We're looking for an experienced HRIS Administrator who can manage day-to-day transactions within our HR system (ADP Workforce Now) while ensuring data accuracy and fulfilling reporting requests.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, utilizing your technical skills and attention to detail to drive process improvements and support business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry for employee records, including new hires, terminations, transfers, and other updates in ADP Workforce Now and Costpoint.
  • Regularly audit HRIS data to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring system integrity and data workflows are completed promptly.
  • Generate and distribute standard and custom HR and payroll reports as requested, providing insights into HR metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with the Senior HRIS Analyst to troubleshoot basic system issues, implement updates or new features, and maintain accurate documentation for system processes and configurations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with ADP Workforce Now at an administrator level.
  • Strong attention to detail, commitment to data accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
