Our technology enables customers to access credit through their smartphones. We are seeking an experienced People Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing HR systems, processes, and projects to ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, problem-solve effectively, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities include leading complex HR projects, developing project plans, collaborating with senior leadership, and streamlining operations to ensure compliance with regulations and policies. Key responsibilities also include overseeing PTO accruals, leaves of absence, US payroll processing, and benefits administration. The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact for HR systems, compensation benchmarking, audits, and provide guidance and support to colleagues to ensure effective process management. Qualifications Experience in project managing systems implementations and integrations, owning the full life cycle of US payroll and benefits administration, designing and implementing compensation cycles, and proficiency in HR systems such as BambooHR and Lever. Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage complex projects with tight deadlines, and proactively identify areas for improvement. Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR Operations within a multinational startup environment. Fluent English language proficiency is required for this role.

Salary: $120,000 per year (estimated), based on industry standards and the location of the company. Additional benefits include travel allowance, professional development allowance, fitness allowance, phone finance allowance, home office equipment allowance, and headphone allowance.
