The Transportation and Distribution Manager at the ROSEN Group is responsible for managing daily shipping and distribution operations worldwide by air, sea, and land haulage. This position requires strong coordination and organizational skills to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods and materials to meet internal client needs.
The Transportation and Distribution Manager will coordinate and handle transport requests or consignments, request and evaluate offers, and monitor transportation progress to meet internal client needs efficiently. You will also prepare and provide all required import/export documents and administer business software with all topical transport data such as cost, time, weight, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and handle transport requests or consignments by sea, air, and land haulage
- Request and evaluate offers and confirmation of original inquiries
- Monitor transportation progress to meet internal client needs efficiently
- Prepare and provide all required import/export documents
- Administer business software with all topical transport data
Requirements:
- Degree of higher education in Logistics or Supply Chain area
- Advanced English skills (written & oral)
- Relevant experience in a related logistics environment
- Good communication and organizational skills
